How the no-call process works

  1. Send the free short inquiry. Give us business-level context without credentials, confidential records or attachments.
  2. Receive the next step in writing. If the request appears suitable, we explain the Blueprint, its written terms and payment instructions. An inquiry itself is not a purchase.
  3. Get a defined plan and quote. The Blueprint identifies the recommended workflow, boundaries, risks, operating costs and either a Standard or Advanced implementation quote.
  4. Share files only when requested. If approved work needs non-public examples, Solvexa 8 sends a separate Dropbox file-request link with file and access instructions. Customers do not need a Dropbox account. Requested files are removed from active Dropbox storage as soon as they are no longer needed and no later than 30 days after upload.
  5. Build, inspect and complete. Implementation follows the written scope, agreed test cases and completion criteria. Ongoing monitoring is offered only when separately included.

Three steps to start

  1. Download and save. Open the file in Microsoft Word, preferably the desktop app. It has type-in fields and clickable checkboxes. Other editors may display these differently; ordinary typed answers are also welcome.
  2. Describe the business problem. Focus on your current process, approximate volumes, desired outcome, tools, budget range and priorities. If a question does not apply, write “N/A”; if you do not know, say so.
  3. Email your saved copy. Send it to support@solvexa8.com with the subject “AI Solutions Discovery.” Attach the document yourself—clicking the email link does not attach or submit it.

Keep the first conversation business-level

Do not include passwords, API keys, payment or government identifiers, health information, children’s data, or private customer and employee conversations. Do not attach non-public samples. Approximate counts and fictional examples are enough.

Email is not a secure document-upload portal. If later work needs non-public examples, we will send a separate Dropbox file-request link after agreeing the allowed files and access. Requested files are removed from active Dropbox storage as soon as they are no longer needed and no later than 30 days after upload. Do not upload anything through an unsolicited link. What happens next?

Your form gives the team context to assess fit and recommend a written next step. Sending it does not create a purchase, guarantee results or a response time, subscribe you to marketing, or authorize access to your systems. The $250 Blueprint and any implementation require separate written agreement and payment instructions.
